H.O.S. / QTI Rentals & Sales
H.O.S. has launched their QTI Rentals & Sales department. These skid-mounted, portable rental incinerators for well test field applications, pipeline blowdowns and plant turnarounds are available at short-term, long-term, and multiple unit rental rates. H.O.S./ QTI also has rent-to-own programs for those in need of long-term rental applications.
After the initial start-up and training, H.O.S. staff is not needed on site to operate. Fibre refractory allows for a quick warm-up and cool-down phase, ensures high temp 99.99% combustion efficiency (verified in third-party testing), and minimizes fuel gas requirements. Solar-powered ignitors and burner controls don't require external power.
Three constant spark ignitors / live pilots add to reliability. Natural Air Induction Intake requires no blowers. The incinerators provide stack top temperature monitoring, and dispersion modelling has been approved by the Alberta EUB. Aesthetically unobtrusive, no smoke, no odor and no flame make them useful for tight holes.
